Oil Spill Update & Rental Cancellation Policy

 At this time, all the news reports are saying that the chance of oil reaching our beaches is very remote. The Gulf Stream is keeping it off our shores and should continue to do so. In the event the oil spill affects our beaches, we will allow a full refund for anyone up to the day of arrival.

Imperial Real Estate & Rentals can provide you with rental accommodations both on and off the beaches. We are located in the center of some of Pinellas County on the finest beaches in America. Accommodations are available to the South of Clearwater Beach and North of St. Pete Beach.

ATTRACTIONS

 In addition to our outstanding beaches we are only a short drive to many of Tampa Bay's excellent attractions including Busch Gardens, Tropicana Field (home of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays), Raymond James Stadium (Home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers), St. Pete Times Forum (Home of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Storm) deep sea fishing, dinner cruises, and shopping. Orlando's Disney World attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other recreational opportunities are all within a two hour drive.

ACCOMMODATIONS

 Vacation and Seasonal Accommodations have fully equipped kitchens, most have microwaves, and all come with dishes, linens, towels, and cooking utensils. All accommodations are nicely furnished to meet Imperial's high standards.

Gulf front accommodations available include quaint cottages and luxury condos. 1 to 3 bedroom accommodations are also available just a short walk to beach.

VACATION / SEASONAL RENTAL POLICIES



Add $125.00 departure fee + 12% tax to any total rate.
(Departure fee is paid only once for entire stay)
Discounts may apply to weekly rates for rentals of 4 or more weeks.
Because of sizable discounts, the tenants reimburse all electric (off-season), over $25 electric (high-season).
Hold/Security Deposits are $200 / weekly, $500 / monthly

CHECK-IN IS AT 3:00 PM / CHECK-OUT IS AT 10:00 AM.

Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival for full refund (Less $25)
